Cloudidr is a cloud cost platform for engineering and finance teams, built around two products. Flex Compute gives companies discounted EC2 and GPU capacity with guaranteed availability, so they can hold disaster-recovery failover capacity without committing to an AWS Savings Plan. LLM Ops is an AI gateway that sits between a company's applications and LLM providers OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock giving per-request cost attribution, hard budget limits that block overspend before it happens, and automatic routing of every prompt to the cheapest capable model. The client came to us with domain expertise and a product thesis, but no engineering team. We designed the architecture from scratch, built the platform, and kept developing it into the product the company sells today.
