Building an AI Hiring Assistant That Cuts Resume Screening From a Day to an Hour

Eligio is an AI assistant for people who hire. Instead of a recruiter manually reading through hundreds of resumes, Eligio reads the job posting, reads each CV, scores how well the candidate fits, ranks them, and hands back a short list worth talking to. It also handles routine work screening questions, messaging, and coordination. Eligio is built for companies that hire a lot and whose recruiters drown in applicants: IT companies, outsourcing firms, recruitment agencies, and HR teams at mid-size and large businesses. We built the product from an idea, working closely with the client to shape it into a working platform.
